How to use it
Any Normal-type attack becomes Breakneck Blitz when its user holds
Normalium Z, once per battle. It’s physical or special, as that move is, and its power comes from that move’s, from 100 up to 200:
- Under 60100
- 60–65120
- 70–75140
- 80–85160
- 90–95175
- 100180
- 110185
- 120–125190
- 130195
- 140 and up200
A few moves have a Z-power of their own: a move that hits several times counts all its hits (Bullet Seed: 140), and moves whose power changes have a set one (Low Kick, Gyro Ball: 160).

How it works in Gen VII
“The user builds up its momentum using its Z-Power and crashes into the target at full speed. The power varies, depending on the original move.”
