How to use it
Any Rock-type attack becomes Continental Crush when its user holds
Rockium Z, once per battle. It’s physical or special, as that move is, and its power comes from that move’s, from 100 up to 200:
- Under 60100
- 60–65120
- 70–75140
- 80–85160
- 90–95175
- 100180
- 110185
- 120–125190
- 130195
- 140 and up200
A few moves have a Z-power of their own: a move that hits several times counts all its hits (Bullet Seed: 140), and moves whose power changes have a set one (Low Kick, Gyro Ball: 160).

How it works in Gen VII
“The user summons a huge rock mountain using its Z-Power and drops it onto the target with full force. The power varies, depending on the original move.”
