How to use it
Any Fire-type attack becomes Max Flare while its user is Dynamaxed. It’s physical or special, as that move is, and its power comes from that move’s. Dynamax is in Sword & Shield, not in Pokémon Champions.
Gigantamax forms with a G-Max Move of this type use that instead: G-Max Wildfire, G-Max Fireball and G-Max Centiferno.

How it works in Gen VIII
Power is equal to the base move's Max Move power. If this move is successful, the effect of Sun begins. This effect does not happen if the user is not Dynamaxed. If this move is used as a base move, it deals damage with a power of 0.
“This is a Fire-type attack Dynamax Pokémon use. The user intensifies the sun for five turns.”
