How it works in Gen IX
If the user is Terastallized, this move becomes a physical attack if the user's Attack is greater than its Special Attack, including changes, and this move's type becomes the same as the user's . In addition, if the user's Tera Type is Stellar, this move has 100 power, is against Terastallized targets and neutral against other targets, and the user's Attack and Special Attack by 1 stage.
“If the user has Terastallized, it unleashes energy of its Tera Type. This move inflicts damage using the Attack or Sp. Atk stat—whichever is higher for the user.”
