Biology

Clamperl resembles a clam. A carnivorous species, it clamps down on its prey and does not let go. Throughout its lifetime, it produces a pearl, which amplifies its psychic powers.

The pearl is sought after by Spoink, and is considered 10 times more valuable than those of a Shellder.
