Biology

Quaxwell evolves into Quaquaval, which also resembles a duck. Quaquaval is constantly dancing.

Design & origin

Quaquaval shows some apparent influence from peacocks and is believed to take inspiration from Carnival. Its constant dancing appears to be inspired by both Carnival and various samba dances, and its Fighting-type is believed to take inspiration from capoeira.
