Biology
Slowking is an evolution of Slowpoke. Unlike Slowpoke's other evolution, Slowbro, which evolves when the Pokémon Shellder bites on its tail, the Shellder has bitten the Slowpoke's head, resulting in its evolution into Slowking.
Design & origin
Slowking's English name hails from the words "slow" and "king".
Forms
Galarian Slowking
Galarian Slowking has the Shellder take complete control over the Slowpoke as it evolves.
